I officially welcome you to Wahala country . If this is your first time . Be rest assured things are a bit disorganized here. However work is in progress .

We have structures in place to ensure you enjoy your stay. First of all as a matter of priority,  there will be water rationing almost for the entire duration of your stay. We don't know how long you will be here but understand the meaning of "entire duration" . Don't get us wrong .

We've been working around the clock to ensure you get at least a bucket full . Another thing . Be sure to get extra batteries for your torch or enough candles .Do not ask why? You will definitely need them .  

We never know when the lights will go off . Understand this is standard procedure and there's no room for negotiations. If you ever need to go anywhere . Get extra protection , our police can't be everywhere. We sincerely hope enjoy your stay .
